Each class is participating in a school-wide Bike/Walk Challange to help promote helping the environment! Students that live in town are encouraged to bike, walk, or scooter to school instead of being driven. Our first Green Schools project! The theme "Love the World You're On" was put on our classroom door. We discussed and decorated the door with miniature Earths which featured our ideas on how we affect the Earth and how we can help protect it, including:recycling, reusing and conservation. The students were really excited to point out that our Earths were also printed upon reused paper!
